Cancellation Policy:
  1. Less than 7 days - forfeit the full deposit
  2. From 7 - 14 days - forfeit 75% of the deposit
  3. From 14 - 21 days - forfeit 50% of the deposit
  4. From 21 - 28 days - forfeit 25% of the deposit
